1. Please send us your eye query along with the latest eye report (not more than a month old) and images if any.These may be scanned and emailed to us
2. Our ophthalmologists will evaluate and respond within 48 hours with the treatment plan and estimated cost
3. When you inform us of the tentative dates of your visit to Jyoti Eye Hospital, we will schedule your appointment accordingly.
